Ordering the iPhoneX through @Apple has been a terrible experience. Customer service has been epically smug.

Ordered first-thing. Told me I’d get it on the 3rd. Clicked “Check Out” and the date changed to the 17th-24th. Was told that it shipped. Then told it’s delayed in China. My wife ordered hers hours late from AT&T and has had it for a week.

ah yeah that sucks. they're definitely having trouble keeping up with the demand. Mine is still 4 weeks from delivery but i don't mind the wait.
