The pho and Thai food are also real good at most places. Also there’s a hole in the wall pasta place in SoDo that does homemade pasta (only) that’s unique every week. I ate there every day when I had jury duty. So worth it. https://ilcorvopasta.com/

Teriyaki was a big thing for a while but to be honest I never go out of my way for it. That stated, here are some spots. Oooh, I also need to add Plaka Estiatorio, which might be my favorite restaurant in the entire city that I have been to. Family-owned Greek place in Ballard with incredible food.
