  C'est beau de penser, Président à la prospérité des villes, mais cette prospérité ne sera viable à condition qu'elle ait son point d'appui celle des campagnes. Nous sommes convaincu que la prospérité doit partir de la base. Président, une campagne prospère alimentera la ville.
