        avec l’obligation des visas pour se faire gagner de l'argent ( aux membres dirigeants de l'ONNECA),nous cabinets d'expertise indépendants , nous disons non . Cette mesure tant à appauvrir les entreprises et à accélérer l'informel au Sénégal.
