Many people still play the game. Just because it’s not part of a tourney circuit, doesn’t mean you can’t play it.

I still practice combos and still play, I was just reminded today of how good the game was.

ED SFV is terrible You lose because it's easy to lose and hard to be GREAT because of the engine. Straight up

I’m really not having fun with the game, and I’m inclined to agree with you guys. But the question I still wrestle with is why are some players decently consistent? Is it character choice?

In SF4 you could play a single character in multiple ways, and a lot of players would stand out due to their unique styles like yourself. SFV there is only really one way to play, and other players adopt the same way, you can’t really branch out the box. It’s all set up for you

^THIS! SO MUCH THIS. It's one of the things I was so sad to see be lost. They streamlined so many chars that had fun options & quirks. The only time you can be expressive with many chars is during v-trigger. When ppl were playing Nash in a variety of ways Capcom was like "NOPE!"

People who started SF from the 5 would say the same when SF6 is released and take over.
