same feeling here, and yet to have a real space fearing civilization for everyone, rockets (no matter how smart) can't be the main mean to get out there or come back here on long term;I suspect that a form of space elevator concept and electromagnetic engines are the real deal

A space elevator is impossible on earth. The drag from the atmosphere alone prevents this from being a realistic option. Could work on the moon tho :0
