Nobody writes comments like this after a month, because they can be coached out of it.
#nonProblem It's "zero comments" as an ethos that _is_ a real problem for maintainers and ops. -
And yet, well-structured-and-named code is still far better without comments than is more useful and readable than badly commented code that doesn’t explain why, because the code and comments may not match, and code is the only truth.

True only if the comments explain "what" the code does instead of "why". I use comments to explain the context. Unit test cases can also complement it.
