I think you may have misunderstood. There are birth control that block Implantation, so the human being comes into existence but is denied the natural right to become a fully grown person.

Do you know how birth control works? It tricks the body into thinking that it's pregnant, so it doesn't release an egg. Yes, it's not 100%. But what you're thinking of is plan b. That stops a fertilized egg from implanting. That's not birth control. Or an abortion pill

Jane Doe was entitled to an abortion under Texas law and Kavenaugh interfered with that as he tried to change the facts of the case. That is bias.
