Due to centuries of systemic discrimination, abortion bans fall hardest on Black, Latina, Indigenous, and other people of color. Together, we must all fight back. This election, we saw voters give elected officials a directive: protect and restore abortion rights and access.

Just now, I was on the Senate floor—AGAIN—to block a GOP bill that would make it harder for women to get abortion care. When I say Republicans are not done ripping away a woman's ability to make her own health care decisions, I mean it. I will not give up this fight.

It's been 10 years since the tragedy at Sandy Hook. A million things run through my mind today, thinking back on that awful day. But mainly, I think about the things we take for granted. How it can all disappear. And the daily kindness and grace that Sandy Hook should inspire.

When Roe fell, CA sprang into action to protect abortion rights—and we can’t let up now. 1 in 3 women nationwide has lost access to abortion. We must keep working to ensure reproductive freedom for ALL who seek care here. The Future of Abortion Council is doing just that.

The number of state bans that eliminated abortion access before and after the U.S. Supreme Court took away our constitutional right to abortion: January 2022: ZERO. December 2022: THIRTEEN.

If people can’t get an abortion in their own community, then we need to help them access care somewhere else. No surprise, repro health care champion is working to make that happen!

Forced to travel for an abortion? You will need to pay for: lodging, gas, child care, food, time off work + more. Those costs stack up. And too many people can't afford them. Thanks @SenatorBaldwin and @PattyMurray for working to change that. fal.cn/3ujHZ

We didn't back down after the Supreme Court eliminated our constitutional right to abortion. We reclaimed our rights at the polls and delivered critical victories for abortion access in races across the country. And this is just the beginning. 💯

If it was up to Senator Lindsey Graham, the Senate would pass a nationwide abortion ban within the year 😤 But thanks to everyone who helped repro champions win, we have the tools we need to fight back — a Senate majority!
The people have spoken.

Today, #SCOTUS heard oral arguments in Moore v. Harper, a redistricting case out of North Carolina that could have severe implications for how our voting maps are drawn, voting rights, and the future of our democracy itself. Our statement:

By reelecting Georgians sent a clear message and chose to protect reproductive freedom and our democracy. The Senate can now continue its support for sexual and reproductive health care, and confirm more judges nominated by without delay.

Georgians, your senate race matters. We can’t afford to have another anti-abortion extremist like Herschel Walker in Washington. is a reproductive rights champion: Let’s re-elect him by December 6.

That’s why we are seeing so many lawsuits challenging policies that protect access to essential health care. Because without the public on their side, anti-abortion activists think the courts are their best bet.

For decades, people hostile to our rights have been rigging the system, including filling our courts with judges who think like them. The courts are meant to protect our rights. But that can’t happen when vacancies are packed by anti-abortion extremists.

Okay, let’s talk about it. Why is this happening? How are anti-abortion activists using our courts to advance their agenda? Why do courts matter?

NEW: anti-abortion groups are trying to reverse the FDA’s 22-year old approval of mifepristone — aka medication abortion and the most commonly used method to end a pregnancy. No FDA approval = another catastrophic blow to abortion access. Let’s break this down:
