Takes 3 years.

Germany:
Takes 2 years.
267 killed since 1990.
USA:
Takes 21 weeks.
1,004 killed in 2019 alone.
POLICE REFORM IS LONG OVERDUE.

1) Ban chokeholds.
2) Eliminate Qualified Immunity.
3) Create a national registry of problem police officers & catalog their records.
4) Stop transfer of weapons of war to local police forces.
5) Change use of force standard from “reasonableness” to “necessity.”
