The 45 Senate Republicans who claim Trump’s Impeachment Trial is “unconstitutional” should boycott the trial. If they practice what they preach & boycott the trial, 51 senators can then convict Trump. The Constitution requires 2/3 of the “members present” for a conviction.

Simply put, with 45 Senate Republicans boycotting the Impeachment Trial they claim is “unconstitutional,” There will be 55 senators present. If 51 of 55 senators vote to convict, that will be more than 2/3 of the members present. 51 would be a supermajority & constitutional.
