Of course, that doesn't much help anyone in Wisconsin who requested an absentee ballot on the later side (but before the deadline) and hasn't received it yet, but would have in time to mail it later this week.

Not in Washington, where we've been doing mail-in elections for years. Postmarked by election day is acceptable.

BECAUSE the WA leg put those rules into place before the election cycle began. GD CA has legalized vote harvesting because it was approved by the state BEFORE the election cycle started. You cannot change the rules by judicial fiat. Why is that hard to understand?

CA is postmarked by election day. It's why our count is so late.

This is completely unAmerican. Where has the common sense and decency that made America great gone and why is it okay for those that have seemingly sold their souls? I simply don't get it and it makes me both angry and sad.

Correct — NC says if postmarked by Election Day ballots can come in up to 3 days later. For military and overseas ballots can come in until TEN days after election, with NO postmark requirement.
