    Mayor suggests eliminating private insurance is "radical" by pointing to "private" plans in Denmark and other countries with national health systems. But these plans are *nothing like* corporate health insurance in the U.S.

    Public coverage is *effective* at reducing, or even closing, some of the intolerable racial disparities that exist in U.S. health care. If Medicaid expansion is having this sort of impact, imagine what improved could do.
