My friend with medical school is saying the split-skull body is definitely after autopsy. So unless the vehicle was transporting dead people, this is another ruse. (no pun intended)

That's what I was figuring too. Like ya the skull has fissure lines and could crack but that shit is a straight line cut using power tools.
