Also while I think more things should be spikes in melee, I think meteor canceling is great counter play
L canceling is far from the worst mechanic, I hate it and am in favor of auto L cancel but I don’t think it’s worse than rage or tripping

THIS, like auto L cancel would be tons better, but if a mechanic makes the tech harder doesn't necessarily make it worse.

Tripping provides 0 positive things, it introduces RNG into neutral, promotes defensive play since you can’t move without the chance of dying, it’s terrible lol
