Yo I feel hot and cold at the same time though. Is that like a normal sick thing? I've only been truely sick once and I had to go to the hospital for it. I think I have the flu though since I kept forgetting to get my flu shot.
You should definitely go to the doctor to get checked out you probably have a fever and chills it might be the flu

For the flu you need tamaflu, you can go to the like a minute clinic at a cvs not like the hospital
