I don’t think it’s risky OOS I’ve found lots of times where I could punish things that I couldn’t before, for instance a semi laggy aerial on the back of your shield, before you couldn’t do anything cuz you would have to turn around but up b is broken
It's risky cause if the aireal is safe and you up b thinking its not safe they have a 21 frame punish window also nair oos can cover behind you so can bair if they're tall enough
