I rly wanted to play Blackout but of course Activision had to lock it behind pre orders PC had a real open beta but my laptop couldn’t run it... Pre orders r bs I’m not buying into it to play ur stupid beta, Activision, LOL

A beta is suppose to test servers and find bugs in the game. U should want the most people to play with no restrictions so u can actually stress test what u want Instead it’s just “play the game early” preorder bonus with the label “beta” slapped onto it
From a business standpoint it makes sense, they have plenty of people to try it already, the people who don’t preorder will determine their purchase on the reviews of those who did, and those who did are more likely to like it out of bias

They got PLENTY of testing I highly doubt that much more would have changed if it was open or not
