    On voluntary remand from DC Circuit, FERC changed its mind on chunks of the PJM reserves overhaul due next summer in PJM. The 23/24 capacity auction, due on January 25, will need to be delayed to incorporate the changes.

    Solid MA DPU order last week to start untangling interconnection mess. Requires utilities to propose DER-supporting grid upgrades. Partially ratepayer funded, partly by later interconnections (capped at $500/kW).

    Wabash Valley opposition to PJM IMM's request to change the MSOC dates (EL19-47). If their MSOC was $100 on June 1 (and October 1), it was $2.50 on October 29, then $34 on November 12. Weeee.

    Good. 38.9ft incredibly high but earlier prediction was for a much lengthier period over 36ft.

    The NW River Forecast Center forecast as of 5 am today: The Skagit River in Mt Vernon is at 35.15 ft and appears to have crested. The Skagit River in Concrete crested yesterday, Nov 15, 10:45 am at 38.93 feet and is now at 33.84 feet.
