When a person hits that subscribe button they are saying, I want this person's content... not I want you @Youtube to decide what portion of content I get.... C'mon guys, to subscribe is an action, which means that sub is saying, give me this content

In the past, some viewers were frustrated with how many notifications they received. Not everyone felt that way, so we added the bell. For any subs who are worried they're missing content, they can get all notifications by changing their settings here: http://goo.gl/XLDtz4

Except this is a lie. I have had a ton of subscribers say/prove that they have clicked the bell and are subscribed and still aren't getting notifications in Sub Box. YT has replied to me via twitter and acknowledged this issue and it's still broken.

What is the point of subscribing in the first place? So you can not get videos from people you want to watch? Remove the bell feature and provide viewers a sub feed that represents their actual subscriptions. The viewers can UNSUB if they aren't interested anymore.

That shouldn't be YouTubes decision, it should be the viewers choice.
