Most people only leave the house to either exercise or to go food shopping. If people catch the virus when breaking the rules (eg meeting others in their home) they aren't likely to admit to it, are they? Supermarkets in my area are well organised and shouldn't be blamed.

In the last lockdown stores controlled the entrance & flow of customers brilliantly .... this time ..... free for all!!

Maybe schools is a big one when it's a whole year at a time having to stay at home when there is a positive test. I know this first hand school's need to be shut to look at the figures each day they ain't exactly getting lower!
