    So I'm curious if the defense's argument will be juxtaposed against Ramos' previous public statements/actions. And somebody asked for all documents from the State's Attorney's Office in his last civil suit in 2015.

    However, the judge also called Ramos' behavior "rather bizarre" and he represented himself in that defamation lawsuit, something most lawyers would tell you is not a smart move, to put it lightly.
