Alright friends. I have not been sleeping well at all recently. I generally fall asleep fine, but I either wake up a lot or toss and turn. Any “stay asleep and sleep well” tips out there?

Reading books(Physical Copies) helps alot. It will relax your mind and knock you right out after awhile. It will also give you more dreams as well :)
