I'm torn on "liking" this tweet, bc part of me is happy that the story ends well w/ u receiving assistance even if unwarranted, but on the other hand, the comparison should have never have been needed,.. bc our police should never have made into sharks, & u & we deserve better

I was randomly pulled over in Japan for a breathalyzer (I was in uniform going to work) and on another occasion asked to empty my pockets because he thought I change directs when I saw him (I was lost and looking for my car) Don’t be fooled, Japan just has the nicest racists.

I guess ‘randomly’ is the wrong way to explained being chase down by a sidewalk cop and being told to blow into the device when I came to a stop.

@Benhayum knows what's up too. The police in Japan is incredible. Some of the kindest individuals. I miss that country so much.Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo

Cops in the US just make reasons to stop and arrest anybody they don't like. It is dangerous to talk to a police officer. They do not prevent violent crime either, they just show up after the fact (if at all). ACAB.

I was talking about this the other day. You see a cop in Tokyo and you know you're safe.

I would love nothing more than to go on a trip back to Japan with all of you once this madness is over.
