My take from someone who has lived mostly in the south and spent some time in new york and have a friend who used to live in NYC, is there is no place with racism worst than NYC. The cops and government have openly admitted to racial profiling w/ stop and frisk laws.
I was born and raised in NY and lived in GA for 8+ years. The south is worse but this isn't about which is worse, we would rather live in a place where its safer and we been to a few of those places and it's not in the USA.
