Being super clear on it Panda Express isn't Chinese food. It's Chinese flavored American food. Now with that out of the way orange chicken is deep fried chicken coated in a glazed made from fruit juice. It's freaking delicious fresh.

Speak for yourself, here in the North (I'm from Sonora) we have plenty of really good chinesefood restaurants. Isn't Mexicali also known for having some of the best Chinese food?
