Yes but I mean it’s not going to entirely prevent him from earning his living. For example like the man whose instrument was destroyed, or if someone’s art portfolio was destroyed

He can. They're supposed to put stuff back, as much as they can, as they found it. They would be at fault for why those items broke. He definitely has a case.
