This could’ve been TSA or the airline employees tbh. Because I’ve seen how the airline employees throw people‘s shit on the conveyor belts. A lot of shit gets broken that way.

After it’s checked by them it goes back to the airline and that’s where they put them on the conveyor belts to go to the planes. I work at an airport and it’s just what I’ve seen

I have the same case, it is impossible for them to be knocked out. Someone took them out and didn't put them back AND THEN someone handled it poorly. But that's why he packed it that way in the first place.
