Riot makes money but I think the main problem is how much smashers or people who watch smash underestimates Nintendo's reach.. If they just simply promote smash tournaments more and not just "Nintendo Vs" that alone will benefit the scene a ton.

'Simply promote' to them means 'free money', an exchange has to happen and I don't see them being convinced when Smash Ultimate is already the best selling fighting game.
