What are some ways we can fix payouts for smash? (Without Nintendo support)

Community membership contribution fee with various benefits and fairly disbrute that pool over the community. Building a reserve through a portion of every Smash event's venue fee could also help as can streamers offering a small portion of their daily stream income.
