Less big events. Make the big ones must see+attend, raise the fees.
less big events doesnt increase prize pools. Some go to events because of the location

no but you can charge a premium if you have a few big events a year, think Tennis or Golf with their 4 yearly majors. Just a suggestion, but I don't see how you get more money without charging more for entrants

Tennis and golf players don't get their pots from entrants. I don't think reducing the number of majors and charging more will help tbh
