Twitch since if you are big on twitch it's most likely loyal fans and you can always cross over to YouTube,Twitter, and Instagram also from being big on Twitch.

If you arent constantly streaming but also uploading to youtube, active on Twitter and Instagram you will be fine. 1 million followers is alot.
