I ended up going through the pools of MomoCon out of curiosity. It takes 1200+ entrants to be an S tier in the United States, with MomoCon getting 1250. In the first wave of pools alone there were over 100 DQs from Winners Side. Should it still be considered S?
The fact that we turned away 1500 entrants at the door, it should def still be an S Tier. DQ's happen..
Also, it reached an S tier and was capped before the con even started.
