What's the narrative arc on SSBU now ? Felt like we had the start with the summit and the melee guys but since melee guys returned to melee I feel like the game lacks of a main narrative as an esport. Mostly anyone can beat anyone on any matchup on any stage beside Leo/Tweek

The story is still in the first chapter imo. Mkleo was clearly the best but then Japan showed us they are amazing too. Tweek has been on a tear lately. Snake and Olimar are really good, Joker is out and better than we thought, and the summer of smash is just getting started.
The game has alot of characters and match ups to be figured out so the element of surprise is still happening with alot of match ups. Not counting Japan(Zackray,Shuton, Tea,etc) Tweek, MKleo, and Marss are top 3 in the world.
