I'm like 1% glad that they at least mentioned which characters are affected in the patch notes, but I'm not sure why anybody is confident they'll improve. I bet these are the kind of patch notes we'll get for Ultimate forever. Quite a shame.
It's sad tho man when you look at the other games with patch notes. Like why not tell us?

Yeah it's kinda ridiculous. I think it's worse though how people are saying "they're clearly listening to us!" and "they'll improve!" when we know that's not true from experience. People accept stuff like this and that's why we get it time and time again.
