Even tho you are asking for the under 200, the internal 4kHD from Elgato is on sale today for 300 and even if you are only going to use it for 1080p60 it will do a much better job than most others.

4K60 Pro is obviously great, but if you're ONLY using it for Nintendo Switch, you won't need more than 1080p60fps, so you'd be future proofing more than anything. So it's up to you there
