The only reason why I am going to say we should wait a bit before choosing the 15 is we don't know how the game is going to be played. The E3 demo is very similar to Smash 4 but what if Sakurai adds more melee like physics, etc? Then more melee reps will need to be present.
I do think it's a good Idea for sure tho and we will need a mix of not just TOs and leaders but players, content creators, etc
