wrong. The brain literally doesnt stop developing naturally until 25. That is factored into the choice. No matter what you wish to believe.

Doesnt matter if the brain finishes developing at 25, you can still make better choices earlier and not make "stupid" ones. Some people twice that age make them all the time.
