in terms of collecting ideas, I would have virtual meetings + google forms. i think also using instagram polls and questions. asking people to comment their concerns and ideas under the post.

#digitalengagement platforms such as@HarvestDP’s The HiVE which includes PB. Alternatively if mail carriers are still working I would suggest ideation by return post postcard to gather ideas. Then a sortation exercise via survey -
