After years of dedicated work, NYC will create an online capital projects tracking system -a transparent way for all of us to see how much public projects cost, how long they’re taking, & provide accountability (1/4)
This comes nearly 9 years after #PBNYC brought to light that there was no tracking system for all capital projects 
So office of #ParticipatoryBudgeting champ @BradLander made their own publicly accessible tracker to keep voters updated abt projects in their district (2/4)
Now, thanks to the influence of #ParticipatoryBudgeting - a process which demands transparency - and the hard work of #PBNYC advocates, the whole city will have access to capital projects’ progress!
