@PANYNJ @JFKairport @NYGovCuomo going on 4 days to get back into the country. Who will be held reponsible for such negligence? Where does all the $$ go? I’m in Brazil and they have nicer, newer and more efficient airports. JFK is a 3rd world airport.

@SenSchumer And it’s not like the storm and subsequent cold weather was unexpected. The “powers that be” knew several days in advance and still were woefully unprepared.

Beyond this watermain break was a complete lack of professionalism and empathy leaving many of us stranded at the airport for 2+ days, refusing to give us our luggage and poorly communicating what we should expect next...3 days later still not on our flight. Truly unacceptable.

Furthermore, any reasonably competent suburban homeowner could have done a better job preventing that mess at JFK today than your obviously incompetent (and likely overpaid) T4 building manager.

Take a walk through the Port Authority on 42nd street and you will see the last statement is completely untrue. There are leaks all over the place and the building looks like it is about to fall apart at any moment. LGA is like a 3rd world country airport...

@JFKairport@PANYNJ my worst experience.JFK is a disaster. flight landed 5 mins before time saturday and still we stayed 5 hrs in plane on tramac. We were asked to come back again sunday and pick up bags. And now our bags are damaged in water and still not returned ! - 1 more reply

As the chaos was taking place on 01/07 I observed terminal workers approach to what was happening. Some were making jokes, some were walking around with no sense of urgency and I heard most called out that day. Zero dedication. Time to get rid of that private T4 operator

Arrived @ JFK on 01/07, 12 PM and just got word from Airlines that I can come to get my baggage. I can't come because I am in Orlando now and the airlines isn't taking responsibility for T4's failure. I was asked to arrange the shipping from JFK to Orlando on my own. Unaccebtable
