I love YouTube and when the notification system was first introduced I was told it was a chance for subs to see "every video you upload" I supported or then. But why break this system too? Why let it be only a "if we think the video is good enough" system as well?

Just to clarify, if someone taps the bell > all notifications, then they do get a notification for every video upload! It's only the "occasional" notification setting that sends just some. Also, no matter your notification settings, all new uploads still show in the subs feed!

No. The bell is push notifications.. thats all it is.. nothing more... I dont want my phone going off everytime ign uploads a video on e3 day lmao the defualt should be off or occasional

you can also just scroll through your feed at 10 pm when youre ready to watch.. thats what i do

This is why I don't understand all the complaints about notifications. It's so easy to just go through your feed.
