He had the papers clearing him and his team to attend at journalists. What do you know that person authorising his attendance didn’t? Oh hang on - wait...it doesn’t matter what you think. He was approved and waved through the police checkpoint on the day, as a journalist.

"Commander" fails to produce identity as a DHHS Authorized Officer If he is not a DHHS AO he gets a $9900 fine Plus the arrest is false The PHWA2008 has no arrest provision for this situation So that is a misconduct case for IBAC to address
