Why is YouTube such an awful place for creators? They’re nothing without them and I see nothing but problems constantly— CONSTANTLY. Problems over the most minuscule issues that should not be occurring. It makes me sick. The main reason I’ve never launched my channel.

Because personally I don't think people should start YouTube to make money

If one starts a channel & spend hours upon hours researching, filming, editing, correcting, etc. it’s nice to be compensated for all of your effort/ time. People I know didn’t start channels for $ but for passion and still, after ALL they do/rules they follow problems constantly

I know I'm just saying YouTube doesn't have to pay people at all it's not like its a contract for some people to say that there not getting paid and they deserve to be when they have like 10k subs in my opinion isn't smart especially the people with small channels that quit there

Jobs I've seen people at 10k subs complaining at that stage your aim should be to grow your channel not to make money because with YouTube it's a massive risk sometimes you will make nothing sometime you will make loads and smaller channels trying to grow should be careful
