There is no duration which you can use someone else’s content that is automatically protected under Fair Use. In fact, courts have rejected Fair Use arguments for songs that only sample a few seconds of content. Read through this FAQ for more: https://yt.be/help/claims-FAQ .
@TeamYouTube quick question im using some movie scenes in a video im making, its around 20 seconds of movie clips verses 10 minutes of game footage, would i get a strike or just content id'd. It falls under fair use and i dont want a strike from sony
