Mass transit systems are huge vectors of transmission. Unless everyone is getting a car, a parking space and subsidised fuel, the big cities will be back to square one in a month.

Car sharing at places like Nissan and their suppliers is massive.

Explain to me "afford car on minimum wage 0 hours contract"
-
Used to work in a factory, and there was plenty of us who did. Was 0 hour contracts and a penny lower wage would have been illegal. Can get second-hand cars for incredibly cheap these days. All about budgeting, and getting decent hours.
