What would you say is the main reason for your team to lose a comp game?

I dont want to repeat issues so here is one I didnt see yet: Bad
Dps
There are too many bad Dps players. I see on my shield (reinhard main) when we are not doing enough damage. It's very similar in QP except some ppl try playing healer in comp if needed.
That's one of the biggest issues I'm facing as well. The tanks/healers are usually okayish but the instant dps picks sometimes ... Oof. They don't take care of the Pharah, the Sombra in the back line, the Widow sniping away... Argh
