    Bottom line: keep a child in their harnessed car seat until they out grow it and then move to a booster. The doctor in our piece tells parents make sure the child is at least 4 years old and at least 40 pounds but some harness seats can go up to 65lbs.

    NEW: The House Oversight and Reform Committee says it has issued a subpoena to Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross, who oversees the Census Bureau, ordering the release of unredacted internal documents about schedule changes

    For the reasons set forth below, the Committee issued a subpoena today compelling you to produce all of the documents first requested by the Committee last month relating to grave data problems with the 2020 Census and the delays these problems have caused.  The subpoena requires you to produce a full and unredacted set of these documents by December 21, 2020.
