Here are the facts: Richard Hopkins is a USPS employee in Erie, Pa. He signed a sworn affidavit with allegations of ballot tampering/fraud and went public through Project Veritas.

#USPS IG investigators informed Committee staff today that they interviewed Hopkins on Friday, but that Hopkins RECANTED HIS ALLEGATIONS yesterday and did not explain why he signed a false affidavit.

Make him explain why he signed it. Can you have him charged for illegal statements?

You can charge him with perjury, though if he's recanted & the affadavit hasn't been used in a legal proceeding (can't remember if it has been), I'm not sure how likely that is.

Ummm...don’t really care why he signed it, tho I have an idea. But he needs to be arrested, and at least interrogated. He wasn’t just yelling fire in a theatre. What he did was treason.

That false affidavit was election interference & part of a criminal enterprise. Every person connected to this crime by any means whatsoever should be facing RICO charges.
