As we've argued before, it's wrong to think about fascism/communism/etc in terms of policies. It's about who, not what.

Always roughly the same "who" practically speaking. Hitler, Stalin, Pol Pot, Kim Jong Un ... only serious difference is nationality.

You're focusing on the means over the ends. Pol Pot's vision of society's structure was clearly different from Hitler's.
